Sometimes you’ve got to throw the dice
When planning your business strategy, there are four important points to remember.
1. Clear vision: What are you trying to do?
To achieve success in your business, your vision must be clear. As you achieve success and your business grows, the question will then become: What does this business not have? What are the obstacles to becoming extraordinary?
To become extraordinary, you must see the obstacles in your way and figure out how to get through or around them.
2. Solid strategy: There is no need for explanation here.
3. Practical systems: Too many people come up with great ideas that are just not practical. The idea may sound good, but it defies pragmatics.
When an idea, a business is not pragmatic, you will not be able to sustain it. Sooner or later you will fail.
Always have a Plan B.
Some risks, such as money, you can afford, because you can always make it back.
Other risks, like your reputation, you cannot afford to lose.
